The Change is Now experience will emulate an adult playground and will surpass what is currently experienced in traditional health clubs today. All sessions are geared towards the need of each individual. However, their are commonalities that we all share. We all need to maintain or improve balance, strength, flexibility, joint mobility and reduce stress. The CIN experience is always changing and being refined in an effort to create a prototype environment that promotes fun, incorporates physically and mentally stimulating activities and leaves the client with the experience of being "touched, moved and inspired." Yes, the intention is to grow and provide a service that is "different" then what currently exist. Expect to have fun! Except to be challenged (within your capability) with a variety of movements that push your conditioning each time you train. Create stimulating, thought provoking conversation that enable you to reach ALL the goals in your life. You'll have other service options available if the daily stresses of life are taking their toll. Change is Now is about the whole person; body,mind and spirit! Transformational Coaching is a part of our vision. Life is not just about the body! Looking and feeling great is important but, living a life that you love and creating it intentionally is the silver bullet. We often struggle to maintain these attributes in our own daily lives and the resulting setbacks keep us from our greatest potential. Additional amenities expand the experience of each client. Coaching, massage, and training are at 2115 Piedmont. CIN will continue to seek and engage holistic and traditional medical professional that are inspired to make a difference in lives, and are gifted in what they do. Our referral service seeks to identify top notch service providers. We ask all of our patrons to support the efforts in this area of opportunity by making recommendations based on personal experience of services rendered with successful results. We are seeking people to be a part of the environment of transformation, but not limited to it.
