What's different about Change is Now?  YOU! The focus is on you.  Each client is approached as a "whole person" complete with body, mind and spirit.  YOU will have this comfortable,  1000 square foot custom-built studio environment all to yourself.  No make up or game face needed...you can relax and have fun. It is by appointment only and easily scheduled online from wherever you are!  There is no month to month membership fee or long term contracts. No,this is not your typical gym experience. Located in the Midtown/Buckhead area; it is perfect for the traveler with a hectic schedule, the bride-to-be who wants to look her best on that special day, the mother or expectant mother who wants to continue to exercise safely; anyone that wants individual attention but does not want an audience of onlookers.  Learn how to  train on your own and be comfortable in ANY setting or, be a patron with CIN for as long as it suits you.  Use the services to meet your needs. This is strictly a one-on-one or couples experience of your choosing. Pay for services, schedule, and play. It is that simple.

The traditional gym experience now has competition. Yes, Change is Now! No more monthly fees whether you show up or not!  Why get lost in a large impersonal space that feels more like a social gathering place for bikini ready bodies.  Do you really want to look at  proudly displayed, strategically placed tattoos that reveal areas of the anatomy that...well, you get the picture. The endless rows of new, fandangled machines that you don't know how to use are of little value without guidance. What about the "default area"? That's the treadmill and bike area that you will eventually gravitate to because you feel unprepared to use the highly rated, fancy equipment. But be not afraid, the great personal trainers will show you how to use that butt reducing, tummy tightening, miracle working equipment...ONLY if you pay them more money.  You're told... "they are all good" as you watch a member experience labored breathing and shaking hands as he/she attempts the last rep. You notice their trainer is on the phone missing the action and see another watching TV and wonder, "are these two of the great trainers...or not?" Better hope you get a "good" trainer instead of "great" one if you really want someone to pay attention to you huh?  Lot's of classes are great until the ones you like get over crowded because good instructors are not plentiful. You find this out later of course.  Suddenly, the service seems to fall short of the promises made when they signed you up.  The contract you signed seems to be more about keeping a lock on your wallet than delivering on promises.  Is this really the environment that you want to get back on track in? It's a little impersonal and intimidating, to say the least!

The hard core, military-boot-camp attitude of " no pain no gain" is the traditional approach to exercise that we "believe" to be the only way we can restore our health.  NOT TRUE!
Trainers and training options are infinite and you CAN find yourself in more "pain than gain" if you are not careful.  What worked in the past may not really be the redemptive way now!  Well,"this ain't Kansas any more", and you aren't twenty-something. You know what it's like to be twenty-something but does your 25 year old trainer know what its like to be forty or fifty-something? Can they really relate to what you need now or, more importantly, does a different season of life require a different approach?  Do your research before trusting someone to introduce your body to exercise again. The can be more "pain than gain" so why suffer?

Professional Coaching is a co-active professional partnership that helps people produce the results in their lives, careers, and businesses that enhance the quality of their life. You are the expert in your life and purposefully directed conversation can often add value and move you forward in life. Coaching happens in conversation. The CIN coaching style adheres to the belief that every client is whole, creative, and resourceful. You are more than just the body and comprehensive health includes more than just exercise. Balance and fulfillment include the mental and spiritual aspects of life so, don't just settle for looking good.  Consider that the overall benefits of exercise go beyond that!  CIN has so many ways to maintain, improve or restore your range of motion, strength, flexibility and enhance your overall awareness. There are many different ways of expressing the body through movement. Come and utilize kettle bells, gymnastic rings, a ballet barre, suspension equipment, medicine balls, a heavy boxing bag, dual handle balls, Bosu, Pilates & Yoga positions while having fun doing it! And, if something more than exercise is needed, it is at your service!  Get a complimentary session:check the scheduling and pricing tab!
